Due to high demand at Oslo Flyveklubb, bookings must be made at least 3 weeks in advance – unless you are flexible and can take the date suggested by the instructor. Weekends in the winter months are unfortunately most often fully booked between 10 am and 4 pm. In addition, gift card flying is generally limited to daylight (civil twilight), so flying will only be possible if you can be available at very short notice (at the instructor's initiative).

If our aircraft are available, and one of our instructors has time to fly, the instructor will suggest a date and time for the flight if you indicate that you are flexible with suggestions.
If you have very specific dates you want, you must be early to increase the chance that we have both aircraft and instructor available. However, we would like to remind you that a booked date is not guaranteed, as both weather and aircraft technical status can put an end to the trip. In that case, we will try to facilitate a quick solution.

The instructor will not follow up on gift card orders, so you are responsible for contacting the School Manager or one of our instructors after receiving the gift card.
